I'm Rowan McBride, an award-winning writer who's been telling stories for most of my life. Though I was first published in 2006, my journey as a writer has been full of unexpected twists—much like the stories I love to tell. Born into a life of travel and change, I bring weird, wicked, and wonderfully messy romance to my work, often blending fantasy, paranormal, and queer themes.

Writing for me is both a passion and a way to make sense of the world. I create emotional, realistic characters navigating complicated relationships with a dash of spice and a hint of magic. From novels to novellas to short stories, I write everything from erotic romance and dark romance to lighthearted romance. Based in Texas, my stories reach readers across the globe, and I'm grateful for my small but dedicated fan-base who still send me fan mail today.
